The present Legal Notice has been drafted with respect and compliance with the provisions set forth in the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679, the Organic Law on Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee 3/2018, of December 5, and Law 34/2002, of July 11,on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

This Legal Notice regulates the use and utilization of the Portal Web, which is accessed through the Internet address https://www.Impact Bridge/ (hereinafter "Impact Bridge"), made available to Internet users by Impact Bridge Asset Management SGIIC, S.A.

The aforementioned website has been designed to showcase the information, activities, and services offered by Impact Bridge.

The use of the Portal Web attributes the user status (hereinafter, the User) and implies acceptance of all the conditions included in this Legal Notice. The User must carefully read this Legal Notice each time they intend to use the Portal, as its conditions of use may undergomodifications.

Access to the Portal Web is free and unrestricted except for the cost related to the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by users.

The utilization of certain services offered to Users through the Portal Web may be subject to their own specific conditions (hereinafter, the "Specific Conditions") which, in certain cases, replace, supplement, and/or modify this Legal Notice. Therefore, prior to using such services, the User must also carefully read the corresponding Specific Conditions.

It is important to note that the services provided by Impact Bridge are priced as indicated in the respective commercial offer and, under no circumstances, are provided through the Portal Web.

The duration of this agreement is limited to the use of the Portal Web; consequently, the contract will terminate when Users disconnect from the Portal Web.

The User must use the Portal Web in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, being liable for any damages that may arise as a result of non-compliance with that obligation.

If an Internet user inserts a link from their own website to the Portal Web, the link shall only be linked to the main page of the Portal Web, but shall not reproduce it in any way. In the event that the contents of the Portal Web are displayed with external content, these external contents must not mislead, confuse, or deceive Users about the origin of the Portal Web´s content, nor imply an act of unfair comparison or imitation or an exploitation of Impact Bridge´s reputation.

No false or inaccurate statements shall be made on the page that introduces the link regarding Impact Bridge, its partners, employees, or clients. Nor shall it be indicated on said page that there is consent from Impact Bridge for the insertion of the link, or that Impact Bridge has any relationship or collaboration with that page.

Unless permitted by law or expressly authorized by Impact Bridge, the use of any trademark or distinctive sign of Impact Bridge within the page where the link is found is prohibited.

The page establishing the link must comply with the law and not contain or link to illicit content or content contrary to morals and good customs.

Impact Bridge acts as a service provider of intermediation in accordance with Article 17 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. Therefore, Impact Bridge will only be responsible for the contents and services provided on the linked sites if, having become aware, as provided by the Law on Information Society Services, of their unlawfulness, it has not deactivated the link.

The existence of linked sites does not imply any agreements with their owners or responsible parties, and Impact Bridge is not responsible for damages caused by unlawfulness, quality, obsolescence, unavailability, error, or uselessness of the content on those sites since it is unaware of them. However, if the User becomes aware that linked sites refer to pages whose content or services are unlawful or contrary to morals, they must inform Impact Bridge.

For this purpose, the email address "dpo@impactbridge.com" is provided. Users must communicate: name, address, telephone number, and email address; specification of the alleged illegal activity carried out on the Portal Web; facts or circumstances revealing the illegal nature of said activity.

Impact Bridge reserves all rights to trademarks, trade names, or other distinctive signs, patents, and intellectual property concerning the content and design of this Internet Portal.

In particular, the contents that appear or may appear on the Portal Web (texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, software, links, graphic design, source code, etc.) are the property of Impact Bridge or third parties who have expressly authorized Impact Bridge to include them on the Portal Web. Under no circumstances shall it be construed that Impact Bridge grants the User any license or waives, transfers, or partially assigns its rights to such content, nor does it confer any right of transformation, exploitation, reproduction, distribution, or public communication regarding the content.

Likewise, the trademarks, trade names, and other distinctive signs displayed on this Portal Web are the property of their respective owners. The User agrees that access to this Internet Service should not be understood as the tacit granting, under the doctrine of estoppel or anyother mechanism, of any license or right to use any trademark, trade name, or any other distinctive sign featured on this Portal Web without the prior written consent of Impact Bridge or its respective owners.

Impact Bridge is not obligated to verify the truthfulness, accuracy, and timeliness of the information provided through its website. Impact Bridge is not responsible for decisions made based on the information provided on the Portal Web, nor for damages and losses incurred by the User due to actions solely based on the information obtained from the Portal Web. This is because the contents of this page are of a general nature and do not constitute the provision of any kind of professional services. Access to the Portal does not imply any obligation on the part of Impact Bridge to monitor the absence of viruses or any other harmful computer element. Impact Bridge is not responsible for damages or losses incurred by the User resulting from failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that lead to the suspension, cancellation, or interruption of the Portal Web service during its provision or beforehand or afterwards.

The present Legal Notice is governed in all its aspects by Spanish law, and any dispute arising from it shall be resolved by the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.

Nevertheless, it is possible to establish that any contentious matters be resolved through Arbitration by Law:

"For any contentious issues that may arise concerning the Portal Web, the parties agree, waiving, where appropriate, any jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to resolve it through Arbitration by Law within the framework of the Madrid Court of Arbitration of the Official Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Madrid, to which the administration of the arbitration and the appointment of the arbitrators are entrusted in accordance with its Regulations and Statutes."
