I. General information
The present Legal Notice has been drafted with respect and compliance with the provisions set forth in the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679, the Organic Law on Data Protection and Digital Rights Guarantee 3/2018, of December 5, and Law 34/2002, of July 11,on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
This Legal Notice regulates the use and utilization of the Portal Web, which is accessed through the Internet address https://www.Impact Bridge/ (hereinafter "Impact Bridge"), made available to Internet users by Impact Bridge Asset Management SGIIC, S.A.
The aforementioned website has been designed to showcase the information, activities, and services offered by Impact Bridge.

If an Internet user inserts a link from their own website to the Portal Web, the link shall only be linked to the main page of the Portal Web, but shall not reproduce it in any way. In the event that the contents of the Portal Web are displayed with external content, these external contents must not mislead, confuse, or deceive Users about the origin of the Portal Web´s content, nor imply an act of unfair comparison or imitation or an exploitation of Impact Bridge´s reputation.

The existence of linked sites does not imply any agreements with their owners or responsible parties, and Impact Bridge is not responsible for damages caused by unlawfulness, quality, obsolescence, unavailability, error, or uselessness of the content on those sites since it is unaware of them. However, if the User becomes aware that linked sites refer to pages whose content or services are unlawful or contrary to morals, they must inform Impact Bridge.
For this purpose, the email address "dpo@impactbridge.com" is provided. Users must communicate: name, address, telephone number, and email address; specification of the alleged illegal activity carried out on the Portal Web; facts or circumstances revealing the illegal nature of said activity.

VI. Legislation
The present Legal Notice is governed in all its aspects by Spanish law, and any dispute arising from it shall be resolved by the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
Nevertheless, it is possible to establish that any contentious matters be resolved through Arbitration by Law:
"For any contentious issues that may arise concerning the Portal Web, the parties agree, waiving, where appropriate, any jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to resolve it through Arbitration by Law within the framework of the Madrid Court of Arbitration of the Official Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Madrid, to which the administration of the arbitration and the appointment of the arbitrators are entrusted in accordance with its Regulations and Statutes."
Nevertheless, it is possible to establish that any contentious matters be resolved through Arbitration by Law:
"For any contentious issues that may arise concerning the Portal Web, the parties agree, waiving, where appropriate, any jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to resolve it through Arbitration by Law within the framework of the Madrid Court of Arbitration of the Official Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Madrid, to which the administration of the arbitration and the appointment of the arbitrators are entrusted in accordance with its Regulations and Statutes."
